Key Responsibilities- Strategic Fleet Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive fleet strategy that takes into account market trends, customer preferences, and operational efficiency.
- Commercial Targets: Define top-line goals and performance targets for commercial departments, ensuring alignment with market demand and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of fleet planners through direct and indirect leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Optimization & Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Product department to continuously optimize systems and processes, ensuring fleet performance is aligned with business objectives.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Develop and present fleet strategy to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and supporting decision-making processes.
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in fleet management, strategic planning, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the car rental industry.
- Language: Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a plus.
