Your Responsibilities:

• Process optimization and improvement in the production of X-ray tubes and radiation sources, including troubleshooting and process analysis during the relocation to a new facility
• Responsible for the digitalization of production processes, including integration with the MES system
• Support for the introduction of quality management processes
• Creation of work and inspection plans, as well as documentation of the SAP ME system
• Support for process experts in process management and root cause analysis of process deviations
• Transfer, representation, and modeling of processes and process documentation in SAP ME
• Integration of equipment with SAP ME via standardized data interfaces and pre-defined data transfer tools
• Document management and review according to regulatory requirements in SAP ERP

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a comparable field
• Experience in production technology/chemical engineering of vacuum components (X-ray tubes and radiation sources) would be an advantage
• Experience in the production environment, e.g., as a process planner or process engineer
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, DOE, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis (Minitab) or VBA/SQL skills
• Experience with document management in SAP ERP would be desirable
• Experience in implementing/modeling MES applications (e.g., SAP ME) or production digitalization would be desirable
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
