We invite you to explore a role as a Production Planner / Logistician focused on the Magnetic Resonance (MR) Business Line, where you will manage production planning, enhance planning processes, and spearhead digital transformation initiatives.

Flexible Work Options: This position allows for remote work (within Germany) for up to 60% of your working hours, subject to agreement with your supervisor.

Employment Type: This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production planning for MR systems, including new and refurbished units, and upgrades, while coordinating with Source, Make, and Deliver teams, making daily adjustments as necessary.
• Engage in mid-term planning and capacity alignment in collaboration with Order Management and other relevant departments.
• Contribute to the evolution of planning processes, emphasizing digitalization and automation.
• Support the implementation of SAP APO as a key user for production planning.
• Assist in process modifications and implementations within Supply Chain Management, participating in related projects.
• Act as the logistical liaison to the Magnet factory, coordinating scheduling, process alignment, order management, returns, transport agreements, and clarifications regarding deviations, serving as an Inbound Specialist for procurement inquiries related to MR magnets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and service providers on upstream and downstream processes, focusing on warehouse and material supply issues.
• Manage internal and external coordination concerning planning-related topics.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in business or a technical discipline, coupled with several years of experience in production planning.
• Candidates with a completed apprenticeship in logistics or a technical field, along with additional qualifications (e.g., Technician) and substantial relevant experience in production planning, are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, customer order-based production planning, and involvement in projects aimed at enhancing logistics processes.
• Familiarity with SAP APO and Supply Chain Management Information Systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of material management and intralogistics, along with relevant SAP functionalities (e.g., SAP MM, PP).
• Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications.
