Job Description

Luxe Talent International, a leading provider of recruitment and training services, is seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor for a luxury brand in Hamburg. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for representing the company at client locations, providing expert advice on luxury goods, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen customer relationships through exceptional advice and guidance.
  • Convince clients through individual CRM goals, comprehensive product and repair training, and outstanding customer interactions - from advice to sales to on-site repairs.
  • Remain a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics even after leaving the store.
  • Be responsible for handling complaints, from receipt to communication with the responsible team to return to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the luxury industry is desired, but newcomers are also welcome.
  • Fluent in German and English, ideally with additional language skills.
  • Customer experience is important to you - you have a passion for client storytelling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and problem-solving competence.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Availability to work in Breuninger or in the boutique.
