Job Title: Client AdvisorAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and demonstrating product knowledge on all categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
  • Develop loyalty with clients by building relationships through a personal shopper style approach to sales.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge on all categories, including Italian luxury fashion.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury retail.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • Energetic, confident, and target-driven attitude.
  • Fluency in German, with knowledge of English a plus.
What We Offer
  • Up to €30,000 annual basic salary, pro-rata, based on experience.
