Our client, a global leader in high-performance photovoltaic products, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their dynamic European sales team. With 14 production sites and over 50,000 employees worldwide, they continue to push boundaries in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process, from purchase order to payment collection.
  • Support Senior Sales Managers with stock inquiries and capacity planning.
  • Ensure smooth production coordination and monitor timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners—project developers, EPCs, and investors.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to shaping sales strategies for the German PV market.
  • Lead projects with precision, from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across legal, technical, and operations to facilitate deals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in an international company, preferably in the solar/pv space. Clean energy background considered.
  • A degree in international trade, business administration, or a related field.
  • C2 German speaker, fluent in English.
  • Goal-driven, adaptable, and a great communicator who thrives under pressure.
