Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new markets, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our market presence in Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and competitors, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding market presence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
