Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize product placement in retail stores to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control, including receiving and inspecting merchandise.
- Process and manage product returns, exchanges, and damaged goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions, and negotiate space allocations and display opportunities.
- Nurture and expand existing customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit summaries, and market observations to inform business decisions.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses within designated territories.
