Digital Product Manager

With over employees connected, S-Com integrates all disciplines of communication and develops comprehensive solutions for Sparkassen, associations, and partner companies - from analysis to strategy, from creative ideas to implementation, from concept to execution.
You will
- continuously and professionally advise our customers
- lead agile project teams with members from various competence areas and external contractors and service providers
- plan, structure, and implement complex projects
- take operational responsibility throughout all project phases and perform project, budget planning, and controlling
- independently manage, optimize, and coordinate our services and products for Sparkassen
- take care of stakeholder management and communication (committees, associations, Sparkassen, partner companies)
- advise customers and coordinate service providers
- take over contract management for products and service providers
- develop product and customer presentations
- work closely with colleagues from other areas such as communication, IT, UX, and data
- create concepts within the framework of product development
- prepare and conduct workshops and webinars
- participate in acquisition, sales, billing, and support activities
You are
- motivated to significantly shape the digitalization of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe
- well-prepared for our position with a successfully completed degree in business administration, media management, information technology, or a commercial apprenticeship
- with your several years of practical experience in product and project management, you are an all-around appreciated contact person and come from the agency, consulting, or startup environment
- experienced in the implementation and marketing of digital products
- familiar with Confluence and Jira
- creative, analytical, and strategically thinking
- with your assertive communicative competence and friendly, customer-oriented demeanor, you are a true team player
