Digital Product Manager (m/w/d) D365 Business Central

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Entwicklung und Verfeinerung der technischen Vision und Strategie für Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur Erfassung von Anforderungen und deren Umsetzung in technische Lösungen
  • Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Funktionen basierend auf geschäftlichen Anforderungen, Nutzerfeedback und technischen Möglichkeiten
  • Leitung des Entwicklungsprozesses (DevOps), einschließlich Anforderungsanalyse, Design, Entwicklung, Test und Implementierung von Lösungen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung des Systems durch Feedback-Schleifen, Iterationen und Anpassungen gemäß den sich ändernden Unternehmensanforderungen
  • Enger Austausch mit internen und externen Entwicklerteams, um die termingerechte und budgetkonforme Lieferung der Lösungen sicherzustellen
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Nutzung des Systems und der neuen Funktionen

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Verwaltung von ERP-Systemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über ERP-Systeme und deren Funktionalitäten, insbesondere im Finanz- und Betriebsbereich
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner (m/w/d) oder in ähnlichen funktionsübergreifenden Rollen im agilen Umfeld
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und starke Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
