Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Creative and Strategy department. As the Head of Creative and Strategy, you will be responsible for building and managing a team to deliver outstanding creative and design services. You will be the interface to our clients, responsible for conception, design, and production of client projects. You will also develop and present ideas in convincing concept presentations, captivating exposés, and storyboards, and manage the visualization with effective images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and work together with the creative team on client projects
  • Develop and present ideas in convincing concept presentations, captivating exposés, and storyboards
  • Think innovatively along the value chain when it comes to airports and their future
  • Travel to customers and be the point of contact for turning their visions into reality
  • Ensure compliance with customer briefings on brand essence, CI, corporate language, and visual language
Requirements
  • At least seven years of relevant professional experience in the agency sector, ideally with a focus on brand or marketing communication
  • Experience in managing a wide variety of projects and proficiency in project management
  • Ability to drive innovation by keeping up to date with industry trends, the latest technologies, and design methods
  • Experience with vision projects and convincing long-term visions for creative projects in retail, at airports, or in a comparable environment
  • High aesthetic vision and dynamism in work
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take external and internal parties on board
  • High standards for the quality and accuracy of work
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
