About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Medical Data Office as Head of Medical Data Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our data strategy, ensuring the quality and governance of our medical data, and driving business transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives
- Ensure the quality and governance of our medical data, including data architecture, data management, and data analytics
- Lead business transformation initiatives to drive growth and improvement across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data management and governance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data architecture for collecting, processing, analyzing, and applying medical, technical, processual, and commercial data
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or similar academic background
- Several years' experience in Healthcare/MedTech and/or strategy consulting firms, both in a multinational/global context
- Approximately 15+ years of professional experience in either MedTech/Pharma or Consulting with a strong focus on strategy and data management
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex business transformation programs on a large/global scale
- Proficient in project management, including working with multiple stakeholders on different organizational levels
- Extensive experience in working in an intercultural context (EMEA and globally, in particular with Japanese companies)
