As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects. You will conduct site surveys, take exact measurements, and produce sketches and records to serve as a basis for detailed drawings. You will also prepare survey reports, make recommendations for the best possible solution to meet technical requirements, and prepare specifications, determining the quantity and type of material required. Additionally, you will review studies, specifications, and plans prepared by other sections, prepare itemized cost estimates, and derive prices from supplier's catalogues. You will also prepare and/or review drawings for technical correctness, prepare engineering computations, and prepare scope of work for schedule of services.

Responsibilities:

* Develops plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
* Conducts site surveys, takes exact measurements, and produces sketches and records
* Prepares survey reports and makes recommendations for the best possible solution
* Prepares specifications, determines quantity and type of material required
* Reviews studies, specifications, and plans prepared by other sections
* Prepares itemized cost estimates and derives prices from supplier's catalogues
* Prepares and/or reviews drawings for technical correctness
* Prepares engineering computations
* Prepares scope of work for schedule of services

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
* Proficiency in CAD software
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
