About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to lead our projects in the field of water management and infrastructure development. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the water management or infrastructure development sector
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant software tools
