Position Overview:
Join the dynamic team focused on Occupational Safety, Security & Health Management at Mercedes-Benz. This role involves the development of innovative concepts and standards for our sales organization in Germany, ensuring effective implementation at our headquarters and across various sales directorates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute pilot initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace health.
- Create predictive analytics models to forecast health trends and potential risks within the workforce.
- Implement and assess AI-driven health interventions.
- Engage with both internal and external specialists to incorporate evidence-based strategies into occupational health management.
Qualifications:
- A completed degree in health management, sports science, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong command of both written and spoken German and English.
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
