Position Overview:
The focus of this role is on the development and implementation of strategies within the Occupational Safety, Security & Health Management sector. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales organization to establish and uphold high standards in health management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute pilot initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace health.
- Create predictive analytics frameworks to forecast health trends and potential risks among employees.
- Implement and assess AI-driven health interventions.
- Engage with both internal and external specialists to incorporate evidence-based practices in occupational health management.
Qualifications:
- A completed degree in health management, sports science, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
