Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Compliance-Experten, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von internen Grundsätzen, Verfahren und Sicherungssystemen spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte Erfahrung in der Verhinderung von Geldwäsche, Terrorismusfinanzierung und Korruption haben.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Compliance-Strategien und -Prozessen
  • Durchführung von risikobasierten Überwachungshandlungen
  • Beurteilung von compliancerelevanten Sachverhalten
  • Verhinderung und Management von Interessenkonflikten
  • Erstellung von Wesentlichkeits- und Risikoanalysen
  • Validierung und Unterstützung beim Normenscreening
  • Aufgaben nach den Mindestanforderungen an das Beschwerdemanagement
Qualifikation

Der Kandidat sollte über einen Abschluss als Volljurist, Diplom-Jurist oder Wirtschaftsjurist verfügen und einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Bank oder in einer Unternehmensberatung haben. Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen entsprechend der Aufgaben des Referates Compliance sind erforderlich.

  • Abschluss als Volljurist, Diplom-Jurist oder Wirtschaftsjurist
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Bank oder in einer Unternehmensberatung
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen entsprechend der Aufgaben des Referates Compliance
  • IT-Affinität und Interesse, sich in IT-Projekte mit Compliance-Bezug einzubringen
  • Analytische, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbständigkeit und Unabhängigkeit bei der Bearbeitung von Themen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und wertschätzende Kontaktgestaltung
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
