About YiDa Business Consulting & Translation Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal & Compliance / AML Employee to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. Our client, a leading integrated financial service provider from China, requires a professional with expertise in financial regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal and compliance support to our specialist departments, including the preparation of expert opinions.
  • Review and draft financing agreements, contracts, and documents for the operational business and internal bank organization.
  • Offer legal advice on projects and monitor legal changes to ensure compliance.
  • Support the implementation of new legal regulations and contribute to the development of our Compliance Management System.
Requirements:
  • Degree in law or economics with a strong understanding of economic interrelationships.
  • Relevant professional experience in the financial sector or a comparable position.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing loan and financing agreements.
  • Knowledge of MaRisk compliance and/or money laundering prevention is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
