About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Field Marketing Team at SAP. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the organization of events, implementing webcasts, and promoting our events and webcasts on internal and external communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the organization of events and be responsible for small event projects
- Assist in the implementation of webcasts
- Promote the events we sponsor and the webcasts we organize on internal and external communication channels
- Develop and execute online and offline campaigns in the MEE region
- Prepare social media activities
- Handle communication with SAP Signavio's clients and partners, including appointment coordination
- Organize and support the production of advertising material
- Regular activity monitoring meetings with sales teams and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Find lead generating activities, marketing agencies with whom you can initiate ABM campaigns
- Organize omnichannel marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong project coordination skills
- Open-minded person and able to work closely with an international team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in dealing with customers, partners or suppliers
- Ideally, experience in the B2B environment
- Experience in using HubSpot is advantageous
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English
