Project Management Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Program Office as a Project Management Coordinator. In this role, you will provide valuable support to the team in executing program activities, ensuring the delivery of impactful outcomes for our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the PMO office with daily operations, preparing for SAP internal stakeholder engagements at the executive level.
  • Foster collaboration between program workstreams and other HR functions for strategic project steering aligned globally.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality communications, reports, and presentations for senior management and employees.
  • Engage in project activities, define deliverables, and offer solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ensure project goals and milestones are met, resulting in meaningful outcomes for our customers (employees and ecosystem).
  • Communicate effectively and clearly, respecting cultural differences.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with similar functions across SAP.

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences studying business administration, psychology, marketing or similar
  • Interest in agile project management or change management.
  • Demonstrating an enthusiastic approach, taking ownership, acting pragmatically, and demonstrating accountability for results.
  • Creating effective PowerPoint presentations and content, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities/projects, delivering high-quality and impactful results.
