About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated student to join our team as an event coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation of our developer conferences, including re>≡CAP 2025 and Code Connect 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and scheduling for the conferences
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of conference materials, including agendas and event logistics
  • Work with software tools to manage registrations, inquiries, and project documentation
  • Contribute to communication activities, such as social media posts and emails
  • Assist in the creation and support of the conference mobile app

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: business and management studies, business informatics or similar
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: Team player, expert in organizing, creative, and geek in ...
  • Interest in event marketing, technology, and software development industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
