Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Dannemann. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
