**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage industrial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including project team members, suppliers, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
