Industrial Business Manager Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, orders, and complaints for national and international markets. They will also be involved in purchasing, logistics, import and export, marketing, accounting, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints for national and international markets.
  • Purchasing: Order goods, select and evaluate suppliers, prepare offers, and create offer comparisons.
  • Logistics: Perform goods receipt inspections, plan shipping, calculate transport costs, and set delivery dates.
  • Import and Export: Process and track orders, coordinate deliveries and schedules, and create customs and freight documentation.
  • Marketing: Plan targeted online marketing activities.
  • Accounting: Focus on controlling and accounting.
  • Human Resources: Involved in tasks related to employee training, recruiting, personnel management, and payroll.

Requirements

  • Education: Good secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or university entrance qualification.
  • Skills: Enjoy working with numbers, good English skills, independent, sociable, and a team player.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills.
