Your role as an Industrial Management Trainee includes:

• In Sales, you will manage inquiries, process orders, and address complaints across both domestic and international markets, ensuring top-notch customer service and facilitating international shipments.
• In Procurement, your duties will involve sourcing products, assessing and selecting suppliers, preparing quotations, and conducting offer comparisons.
• Within Logistics, you will carry out inspections upon receipt of goods, organize shipping schedules, calculate transportation expenses, and establish delivery timelines.
• In the realm of Import and Export, you will oversee order processing, coordinate delivery schedules, and prepare necessary customs and freight documentation.
• The Marketing division will engage you in planning targeted online promotional activities, particularly in eCommerce.
• In Finance, you will focus on numerical analysis, emphasizing both controlling and accounting functions.
• In the Human Resources sector, you will participate in employee training initiatives, recruitment processes, personnel management, and payroll activities.
• You will gain insights into production workflows in the Manufacturing department, where you will spend time at our production facilities.

Qualifications:

• A solid secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or university entrance qualification is required.
• A passion for working with numbers is essential.
• Proficiency in English is advantageous.
• You should be independent, sociable, and a collaborative team member.
• Reliability in task management is crucial.
• Strong IT skills are necessary.
