YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overseeing and guiding a team of employees
  • Managing the welding section
  • Evaluating the production workflow
  • Independently creating construction proposals while taking into account building techniques and physics
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completed training as a Metalworking Master with a focus on construction technology, or equivalent qualifications such as Industrial Foreman or Technician
  • Strong technical skills combined with business acumen
  • Familiarity with applicable standards and regulations in metalworking
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Ability to work reliably and independently
  • Experience with CNC lathes, milling machines, CNC laser cutters, and welding equipment is preferred
