Job Title: Treasury and Office Assistant

Gentis is seeking a highly motivated and organized Treasury and Office Assistant to join our team in Luxembourg city. As a key member of our financial services firm, you will be responsible for providing essential treasury, financial, and consulting services to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording daily transactions in our Treasury Management System
  • Proposing and executing supplier payments
  • Assisting with internal and external audits
  • Handling travel bookings and managing monthly expenses
  • Organizing team trips and managing general office paperwork
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and intercompany contacts, and preparing documents for the Board of Directors
  • Managing KYC forms, bank statements, company card statements, and other office and treasury-related documents
  • Coordinating with external service providers for office and back-office-related activities
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong willingness to learn and expand in various tasks
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of French and Italian being an asset
