About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Actions Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Corporate Actions team, you will be responsible for supporting the timely processing of income payments and ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing interest payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Complying with established controls and procedures
  • Assisting the team in drafting new procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong understanding of finance, economics, or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
