About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Computacenter. As a key member of our IT Project Management team, you will be responsible for delivering complex transition and transformation projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead transition or transformation projects as a project leader or overall responsible transition manager.
- Ensure successful project closure through smooth handover to IT operations.
- Identify and leverage your project team as a critical success factor.
Your Profile
- You have at least three years of experience in conducting transition and transformation projects.
- You possess a structured approach, negotiation skills, and excellent change and escalation management.
- You are a project management professional who utilizes common project management methodologies such as PMI, Scrum, or hybrid approaches.
- You are results-driven and achieve project goals without exceeding the budget.
- You drive initiatives forward, communicate proactively, and serve as the single point of contact in your project organization and with the customer on site.
- You possess excellent German (at least C1) and good English language skills, strong communication skills at all levels, and ideally experience working with international teams.
