Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our IT projects in the Real Estate department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects, providing expert advice to our internal customers, and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT projects for our internal customers in the Real Estate department, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide expert advice to our internal customers on process improvements and IT support, with a focus on digitalization.
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal customers, application developers, and external service providers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Continuously improve and expand agile working methods.
Requirements:
  • Completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT projects (SAP/SAP-BW), both classically and agilely.
  • Ideally, experience in requirements management, as well as conception and implementation of migrations.
  • Experience in agile project management, Scrum, or Kanban, as well as knowledge of the ITIL standard, ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills for active stakeholder management.
