We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Hermes Fulfilment Tech Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our 90-person tech team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale IT projects across our single and multi-client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, utilizing classical and agile methodologies.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders and effectively manage vendor and partner relationships.
  • Apply advanced project management techniques and tools to drive project success.
  • Oversee reporting and escalation processes up to the executive level.
  • Foster internal and cross-functional connections to optimize project landscapes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Prior experience in implementing and transforming warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
  • Relevant education or equivalent qualification.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
  • Prince2 or PMI certification is highly valued.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to think cross-functionally and networked.
  • Willingness to travel for IT project implementations.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
