Inside Sales Representative for Climate Solutions

About the Role

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our Inside Sales Team at our modern facility in Offenbach. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with installers, energy consultants, and planners in the building, heating, and cooling technology sectors.
  • Conduct product and system consultations with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through existing channels and lead qualification.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and systems to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and other sales-related documents as required.

Requirements

  • Technical education or training in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the HVAC or building services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Proficiency in digital applications and software, including smartphone apps and PC-based calculation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
