Position Overview:
As a Sales Underwriting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales initiatives within the industrial insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential technical and acquisition assistance to our sales associates.
- Perform comprehensive risk evaluations and underwriting assessments within your designated authority.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new sales partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact across various sales channels.
- Develop and deliver technical and sales training sessions for both internal teams and external partners.
- Engage in product development efforts and contribute to the formulation of its content.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration is preferred; alternatively, a technical degree or equivalent commercial training is acceptable.
- Significant experience in industrial property insurance, particularly with complex and international risks.
- A strong focus on customer relations and sales performance.
- Ability to work independently with a profit-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated decision-making capabilities and a strong sense of accountability.
