Drive Sales and Underwrite Complex Industrial Risks

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales partners and expanding our presence within the industrial property insurance market. Your expertise in risk assessment and underwriting will be instrumental in securing new business and nurturing existing relationships.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical and acquisition support to our dedicated sales force.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, evaluations, and underwrite risks within your designated authority.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new sales partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for various sales channels, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver engaging technical and sales training programs for both internal and external teams.
  • Contribute your insights to product development initiatives, shaping the content and direction of our offerings.
Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in industrial property insurance.

  • Ideally, you hold a degree in Business Administration; alternatively, a technical degree or equivalent commercial training is valuable.
  • You possess extensive experience in industrial property insurance, particularly with complex and international risks.
  • Your customer-centric approach and sales acumen are evident in your interactions.
  • You demonstrate independence, a profit-oriented mindset, and a solution-driven approach to challenges.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a sense of responsibility are essential for success in this role.
  • Resilience and exceptional negotiation skills will enable you to navigate complex situations effectively.
