Logistics Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Schnellecke, a leading provider of automotive logistics services. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Process Audits: Conduct process audits under the guidance of the Head of Quality Assurance to identify areas for improvement.
- 5-S Audits: Conduct 5-S audits to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Complaint Handling: Handle incoming complaints, document, and report on issues.
- Clarification Cases: Handle clarification cases, including internal and external transport damage.
- Quality Measures: Execute and coordinate immediate and preventive measures in case of customer complaints.
- Problem-Solving: Participate in the problem-solving process in case of quality issues.
- Quality Statistics: Maintain and establish quality-related statistics.
