Job Summary
AERO HighProfessionals is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, managing supplier relationships, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the interface with suppliers for operational activities and assess suppliers during the tendering phase.
- Manage the supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, ensuring on-time quality performance.
- Manage supplier quality approval and ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications.
- Monitor new product introduction and assess supplier performance.
- Contribute to supplier development and identify supplier industrial risks.
- Work out short-term recovery plans and manage supplier performance improvement projects.
Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or technical studies.
- Work experience and knowledge in process-, quality-, and risk management, manufacturing and production engineering, and supplier management.
- Knowledge in SAP.
- Willingness to travel.
- Business fluent language skills in English and German.
