Business Process Optimization Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Optimization Expert to contribute to our initiatives at Linde. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing business workflows, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and compiling business requirements. Your duties will also encompass fostering continuous improvement and innovation, collaborating with Regional Business Units, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business workflows and identify areas for enhancement
  • Compile and articulate business requirements for development teams
  • Organize, prioritize, and monitor regional business requirements
  • Collaborate with Regional Business and Department Heads
  • Facilitate engagement between IT and Regional Business Units
  • Keep abreast of Global IT standard platforms and solutions
  • Assess the effectiveness and adoption of process enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (lean, LSS, agile)
  • Project management expertise
  • Certifications in Six Sigma and Scrum Master methodologies
  • Experience in Quality and Requirements Management
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong customer orientation and exceptional communication abilities
  • Strategic thinking and capacity to deliver innovative solutions
  • Experience in both Regional and Global environments
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders effectively
