Digital Transformation Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Expert to join our team at Linde. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through process optimization and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Process Mapping and Analysis: Map business processes to identify improvement opportunities and gather business requirements.
- Requirement Specification: Translate business requirements into requirement specifications that can be understood by development teams.
- Prioritization and Planning: Prioritize, plan, and track regional business requirements to ensure timely delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation through process optimization and technology adoption.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with Regional Business and Heads of Department to identify improvement opportunities and establish successful engagement between IT and Regional Business Units.
- Technology Adoption: Stay up-to-date on global IT standard platforms and solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Effectiveness Measurement: Measure and track the effectiveness and adoption of process improvements.
- Security Standards: Ensure adherence to and implementation of security standards across regional applications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant functional area.
- Skills: Excellent project management skills, problem-solving tools (lean, LSS, agile), and experience in quality and requirements management in business applications.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct business experience or multiple years of consulting in business or productivity roles.
- Certifications: Six Sigma, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in English (other REE languages a benefit).
