As a vital member of the Finance department at CS GROUP, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks aimed at maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable;
- Handle the processing of incoming invoices efficiently;
- Manage daily financial operations;
- Facilitate cash deposits and oversee online banking activities, including payments and transfers;
- Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy;
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
- Administer the payment processes for bills, invoices, and employee expense claims;
- Implement and uphold financial controls to safeguard company assets.
