Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex high-rise and industrial construction projects for our Construction Management department. As a key member of our global business unit Places, you will work with clients worldwide to create smart, safe, and sustainable spaces.
- Lead high-rise and industrial construction projects from inception to completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful project delivery
- Manage and develop project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement project strategies to meet client needs and expectations
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion, while maintaining quality and cost compliance
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on high-rise and industrial construction projects
- Experience working on national and international industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with international project delivery models
- Fluency in German and English
