Role Overview: This is a pivotal role within a renowned Cyber Security and Networking organization. The Account Manager will oversee the management of existing client accounts, focusing on renewals and the expansion of services through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts across both public and private sectors.
  • Drive customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for new business within the current client base.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company value propositions.
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders, presenting product capabilities effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage organizational support for growth initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed both immediate revenue targets and long-term growth objectives.
  • Participate in industry events and forums as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Cyber Security sales.
  • Proven track record of carrying a sales quota for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of large organizational structures and their purchasing processes.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and prospecting tools, including SFDC and campaign management systems.
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both persuasive in one-on-one interactions and effective in group presentations.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary of €150,000 OTE, structured on a 50/50 commission split.

Language Requirements: Fluency in German is essential, along with business-level proficiency in English.
