Role Overview: As a Senior Division Controller, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategies of our Advanced Lighting Systems division. Your expertise will directly support the Division CFO in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
- Strategic Financial Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CFO, contributing innovative ideas and thorough analyses to enhance the financial health of the division.
- Independent Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed profitability and earnings assessments, providing critical insights to the international Finance Business Partner team across various product lines.
- Actionable Insights: Translate your analyses into strategic recommendations, effectively communicating these to senior management to align with our business objectives.
- Global Financial Process Management: Oversee the division's financial processes, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines from headquarters and facilitating smooth operations in budgeting and forecasting.
- Business Intelligence Development: Innovate and implement advanced controlling tools and processes to enhance our financial management capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
- A minimum of five years of experience in financial controlling within an industrial setting or management consulting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and formulate effective business strategies.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- A collaborative mindset with the capability to lead and develop a small team.
- Structured, results-driven approach with a high level of initiative.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS-Office, SAP FI/CO, and Business Objects; familiarity with tools like QlikSense, Anaplan, or Hyperion Financial Planning is advantageous.
