Recruiter/HR-Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter/HR-Support Specialist to join our team at Wilhelm Brandenburg in Frankfurt. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting our production team in Frankfurt, working closely with our central recruiting team using SAP Success Factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and select candidates for production positions in Frankfurt, collaborating with the central recruiting team
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide HR support and guidance to our production team and management
  • Assess and shortlist candidates, accompany them through the interview process
  • Research and select suitable recruitment channels in collaboration with the central recruiting team
  • Support our HR representative at job fairs in the Rhine-Main region
  • Contribute to HR analyses, reporting, and evaluations, as well as participate in projects

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial education, preferably with a certification in personnel management or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in in-house recruiting
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, and knowledge of SAP-HR is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a strong interest in labor law
  • Quick understanding and a meticulous, independent, and structured way of working
