Position: Software Implementation Project Leader
Your Responsibilities
- Product Deployment: Oversee the deployment of our solutions at client sites, from initial setup to service agreement execution.
- Project Coordination: Independently manage a variety of agile projects, with support from our specialists, while nurturing client relationships.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain customer relationships to ensure our commitment to a 100% success rate.
- Representation: Engage in steering committees and represent the company at industry fairs, association gatherings, and conferences.
- Product Enhancement: Offer insights for product improvements based on project experiences.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by project management training.
- Experience: At least 4 years in a comparable position, with a background in project management, agile software initiatives, software product deployment, and client support.
- Process Acumen: Familiarity with industrial raw materials management and compliance standards.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, ideally with software development and database expertise.
- AI Passion: Ability to evaluate the benefits and limitations of AI, with a keen interest in sustainability and transforming the economy into a sustainable and intelligent value chain.
- Learning Mindset: Open to new concepts and eager to explore emerging topics.
- Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated initiative and teamwork within a dynamic team environment.
