About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting or implementation team, you will work on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate larger, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area
  • Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor less experienced team members
  • Act as a team leader, Product Owner, a Scrum Master, or business architect as needed by the project
  • Supervise analytical works across multiple teams on a project
  • Build lasting relationships with clients' key personnel and leadership
  • Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
  • Lead your own area in the company, supported by an experienced supervisor
  • Support B2B sales activities

About the Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment.

Nice to have: experience working in implementation-related or strategic consulting, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance.
