Unser Auftraggeber aus Düsseldorf sucht Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als IT Supporter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bereitstellung eines effizienten und professionellen IT-Services
  • Durchführung von First-Level und Second-Level-Support mit hoher Professionalität
  • Unterstützung der Nutzer durch Online-, Telefon- und Vor-Ort-Schulungen
  • Verwaltung von Benutzern und Einrichtung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software sowie Inventar

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Informatik oder Quereinsteiger mit breitem IT-Wissensspektrum und fundierter Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Hardwarestruktur von PCs und Servern
  • Sichere Koordination mit externen IT-Partnern und internen Abteilungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
