Was Sie erwartet?
  • Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Geschäft am Point of Sale (Gastronomie und Einzelhandel)
  • Gewährleistung von Produktsicherheit und Servicestandards, um die Zufriedenheit der Kunden sicherzustellen
  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung des Sortiments und Speisenangebots
  • Bestellungen, Inventuren und Monatsabschlüsse
  • Einstellung neuer Mitarbeitenden und deren Weiterentwicklung durch Training und Motivation
  • Optimale Personaleinsatzplanung und Aufgaben der Personalverwaltung
Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische / gastronomische Berufsausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Führungsqualitäten
  • Eigeninitiative und Leistungs- sowie Entscheidungsbereitschaft
  • Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägtem Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Offenheit im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Eine positive Ausstrahlung und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) sind zwingend erforderlich
