We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our Brunch Café team in Berlin. As a Full-time Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, managing a team of staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality food and service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a manager in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
