Opportunity Overview
The organization is presented with a remarkable opportunity to redefine business processes on a global scale, preparing the entire Group for future challenges. Currently, approximately 14,000 employees engage with existing SAP ERP systems, processing over 50 million transactions monthly.
ZEISS is committed to standardizing and streamlining various ERP systems from multiple companies across the Group during the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. Our objective is to align closely with SAP standards and harmonize processes across all segments and regions wherever feasible, emphasizing Efficiency, Effectiveness, Speed, Flexibility, and Compliance.
This project is both thrilling and intricate. FIT4 serves as a crucial lever in executing the Company's strategic agenda.
Role Overview
ZEISS is in search of a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Hub Expert (f/m/x) to be part of this transformative phase within the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior business experts to gather business requirements and define necessary process modifications.
You will analyze business needs in relation to the global SAP template, while also assisting senior hub business experts in designing essential end-to-end process modifications to the global template processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of (regional/segment-specific) business requirements in relation to the global SAP S/4HANA template through local fit-gap assessments under the guidance of deputy/hub process owners. Assist senior hub business experts in the design of necessary end-to-end process modifications to global template processes. Create process maps and models to visually represent adapted business processes. Support the definition and execution of functional test cases. Actively participate in the implementation of assigned roll-in projects within a region (primarily within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by the regional hub lead, across SBUs/segments). Under the direction of the training lead, assist in the development of training materials and, if required, facilitate end-user training.Qualifications and Skills
2-4 years of relevant professional experience. Fundamental understanding of one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order/Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report, and specialized areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management). Initial experience in business requirements analysis and business process modeling. Relevant industry knowledge.
