Become a part of our dynamic team as a Trainee in Payment Consulting.

In this role, you will provide guidance to commercial and business clients on enhancing their payment processes. You will create customized solutions for business accounts and play a key role in nurturing existing customer relationships while establishing new ones. Collaboration with our specialists from the Business Customer Center will be an essential part of your work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing and expanding payment processing
  • Advising on point-of-sale systems
  • Facilitating in-store payment acceptance
  • Creating solutions for online and mobile commerce
  • Incorporating e-mobility into payment systems
  • Streamlining cash management
  • Growing card services
  • Managing digital invoicing
  • Supporting e-government initiatives
  • Executing loyalty programs such as the CityCard Jena-Saale-Holzland

Your qualifications:

You possess a natural talent for sales and strong consulting abilities, thriving in direct customer interactions. As a digital innovator, you are enthusiastic about cutting-edge solutions and technological advancements. Your analytical skills, resilience, and ability to work collaboratively are key strengths. Ideally, you hold a qualification as a Bank/Sparkasse Clerk and are eager to pursue continuous learning independently.
